The At Clave team has launched the gathering of information and meetings with social agents necessary to collaborate in the design of tourism policy in the segments of Wine Tourism, Camino de Santiago, Culture, Sports and Meetings.
Its purpose is the development of new technologies in the field of exploration of mineral resources by means of non-invasive airborne methods. This project has 17 partners from 7 countries and is led by the HZDR Institute (Technological Center with headquarters in Dresden). At Clave participates from the social dimension, assuming the tasks of implication of the different interest groups, and the support in the communication and dissemination of the project.

These works try to combine the best application of methodologies developed up to now in Spain based on LCA, with the innovative contributions of At Clave in GIS technology and techniques qualitative social research.
During the first phase, a prior strategic reflection will be carried out and a proactive territorial diagnosis will be prepared. Likewise, participation activities will be initiated to respond to the needs of application of this principle of drafting the Special Plan of the Guadalete.
Among the numerous attendees, the issues related to the proliferation of tourist flats managed by P2P platforms and the saturation problems of public spaces and monuments in historic cities with great tourist attraction aroused great interest.

The past 15 and 16 days were held in Granada a meeting between social actors of this policy (local entities, public services of the Junta de Andalucía and third sector), where ten Andalusian experiences were analyzed. On June 1 and 2, in Seville, the International Seminar took place with the participation of eight speakers who presented experiences from Lyon, Turin, Lisbon, Barcelona, the Basque Country and Milan, as well as two Andalusian experiences. The seminar in Seville and workshops in Granada have been organized by Arenal Grupo Consultor and the company Cactus has also collaborated in its organization.
At Clave has contributed to the development of various contents that have been used in the ten workshops that have been held. For the many attendees at the event show that the proposal is very adapted to the needs of the municipality and its community, which responds to the Bases of Strategic Positioning that were drafted in 2016 with an intense participatory process and which is a clearly innovative proposal where the criteria of conservation of territorial capital prevail. and the search for the welfare of the people, above the answer to the real estate demands.
This act has culminated the process of participation and collective construction of the new tourism strategy. In this event, 140 people participated in 12 workshops on the key areas and on the segments of greatest interest for the strategy. The definition of the best criteria for this Strategy, based on a good characterization and interpretation of theproblem and the opportunities, this is demanding a major effort in integrating quantitative and qualitative information, knowing how to use properly the new information technologies and the best techniques of qualitative social research.
In this project of great importance and interest, the atClave team is responsible for Lot I and collaborates closely with the Arenal gp. Team, responsible for Lot II. In total, a team of 27 people is mobilized among consultants, advisors and field agents; all of them graduates.
El calendario para estas sesiones ha sido aprobado por la Dirección General de Turismo, Comercio y Consumo. El día 26 se reúne el grupo de Rural-Naturaleza, el día 1 de febrero el de Reuniones y Eventos, el día 2 el de Cultural y el día 8 el de Segmentos Específicos. En total, contando con las reuniones celebradas en los territorios en las últimas semanas del año 2016, han participado 120 personas en estas acciones participativas.
Las previsiones son que en los primeros días de marzo se realice la Conferencia Estratégica y que a finales de ese mismo mes se presente la versión definitiva.
